Case Management: Manage received investigation requests and research new opportunities. Researcher / Historian: Researches current and historical information on investigation properties and neighborhoods. Interviewer: interview individuals relevant to cases including: clients, local historical societies, neighbors, employees, former owners. Investigator: Attends assigned cases and meetings. Conducts on-site investigations and reviews collected audio, photo, video, etc. data. Tech Management: Oversees technology such as voice-recorders, video cameras, motion sensors, etc. on investigations. Psychic / Medium: Attends assigned investigations. This role cannot be taught. Data / Evidence Analyst: Review audio, video, photo data collected on investigations. Report Generator: Oversee the creation of a report for our clients. Includes results, findings, etc. Public Relations: Create and manage media opportunities and promotions.
